At PAKA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition. Whether it is a different size or a full refund, our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
